1. Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from BigBoy Paws. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return:
● Item must be unused and in the same condition received
● Item must be in original packaging
● Return request must be made within 15 days of delivery 
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
● Final sale items
● Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
● Custom or personalized products (if added in the future)
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
● Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
● Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item or defective product).
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

● Include photos of the item and packaging
● We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you
